Are you rotating the text?

What font are you using?

Do you have the Chinese edition?

mlmcc, thanks for your reply.
No, I didn't rotate the text.
Arial Unicode MS
I use English version of VS2005 under Chinese XP.

You may need a Chinese version of VS2005.

Are you sure?
I don't need Chinese program interface on my application. It's pure English interface accepting Unicode data input.
It just so happen that user data contains Chinese (Unicode) characters and having problem (rotated) while displaying on Crystal Report.
What if the user enter other languages like Korean or Japanese? I don't think my VS2005 edition matters.

Just checked the SAP/Crystal site.  Apparently it is a problem with the export routines with no solution at this time

Arabic (written right to left) is written backwards and vertical languages like Chinese are given a horizontal orientation.

It's a bit different.
It's OK to have Chinese characters displayed from left to right horizontally. However each of the character is incorrectly rotated anti-clockwise by 90 degrees.

Problem fixed by replacing font to one of name without '@' sign.

According to readme.pdf of hot fix, GDI+ did not support font's name with the '@' symbol.
