I want to study objective C and iOS. But i donot have iPad or mac laptop.

Is it possible to develop and test apple iOS applications without having Apple/Mac Machines?

Generally speaking, no.  The XCode development platform runs on the MacOS.  There have been hacks to run OS X virtually (illegally).  There is an iOS emulator for testing within XCode (which generally is just fine).  But certain things are best done via the actual hardware, depending on your application.  There are some tools that convert their development environment to Objective C (meaning, not native...  Apple doesn't allow such right now - one reason Flash isn't allowed).
