Hi,

we set up a Wi-Fi profile with EAP-TTLS on an iPad. The authentication is done by a AAA with a Verisign Class 3 server certificate installed.

During the authentication process the server sends the certificate along with the intermediate Verisign certificates.

Although the iPad has the Verisign Class 3 certificate installed, we still see a untrustred certificate warning.

Does anyone know why?

Thanks!

All of the SSL Certificates are untrusted, unless provided by Apple.

BlueYonder, thanks for the comment!

The solution was to add the distinguished name of the certificate as 'trusted server' in the mobile config profile.
