in the last two days, the Exchange server has began rejecting email from @aol.com addresses.

Here is the related rejection text:

I am not sure how to resolve this...

The issue is with the remote host.They are more than likely using Trend Micro's own block lists. If you have access to a smarthost (IE your ISP) try sending it via that instead.

Check on this link http://www.mail-abuse.com/lookup.html  you ip should not appear here.

NDR is showing two reasons for bounce.
1. Mail is being blocking by Trend Micro Security So check your trend micro security if AOL.COM is in blocked list if yes then remove it from there and also add it in white list for future blocking issues.

2. Mail is being rejected by user. So check users outlook if he/she mistaken adds the AOL.COM in blacklist.
