For what we use journal in outlook 2007?can you give an example?

While the source is laughable, the substance is there and this gives a basic idea of the journal in outlook.

The address list on the other hand is a different matter and this need a liitle background- look at the address book link and then ask the question with a little more spacifics

The Journal function in Outlook is to enable you to track what you have been doing, it can log Word and Excel documents that you work on, what time and how long.

The e-mail side is to allow you to track e-mails, and this you can have a list of e-mail address to log against.
