Hi All,

I'm in the market for a Video Conferencing program.  We are a non-profit organization and we would like to keep the cost down as much as possible.

Goals
1. Supervisor to Staff member video meetings - 1 on 1 and a group of 10
2. Very rarely to have a large presentation with multiple participants - up to 200 people

Thanks in advance for any help you all can give.

I have previously worked with Persony and they provide a simple to use web conferencing service that includes video conferencing. This would be ideal for your standard meetings. Highly recommend it.

For the larger 200 person meetings, GoToWebinar is a popular solution, but it is sketchy on video out to that many people.

Good luck,

The Persony is very easy and basically what we need.  Free is always good!  Thank you!
